Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to Reenus Academy are considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

Because our courses and digital products involve reserved teaching time, immediate access to educational content, downloadable resources, presets, project files, recordings, and other digital materials, payments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will only be considered in the specific circumstances expressly mentioned in this policy. The refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased.

2. Online 1:1 Live Courses & Personal Mentoring

Our Online 1:1 Live Courses and Personal Mentoring programs involve dedicated instructor time and are scheduled specifically for the enrolled participant.

2.1 Assessment / Demo Class

Before enrolling in a 1:1 Live Course, participants may be provided with an assessment, consultation, orientation, or demo class, depending on the course. The purpose is to help the participant understand the course structure, methodology, software requirements, and skill level appropriateness.

2.2 Payment After Assessment / Demo Class

If a participant decides to enroll after completing the assessment or demo class and proceeds with payment, the payment is considered final and non-refundable. Once confirmed, the seat is reserved, instructor time is allocated, and preparation begins. No refund is provided if the participant later decides not to continue.

2.3 No Refund After the Course Begins

Once the 1:1 Live Course has started, the course fee is strictly non-refundable, including cases of mind changes, difficulty, personal commitments, missed sessions, or technical problems on the participant's side.

3. Cancellation Before a 1:1 Live Course Starts

Participants should carefully confirm availability before payment. If a cancellation is requested before the start date, Reenus Academy may consider:

• Option A — Schedule Adjustment: Rescheduling to another date, subject to instructor availability.
• Option B — Transfer: Transferring enrollment to another person, subject to approval.
• Option C — Refund: Generally not available after payment following a demo. Exceptional refunds are case-by-case and subject to deductions.

4. Recorded Courses

All Recorded Courses are non-refundable. This includes video lessons, downloadable materials, project files, presets, and other digital resources.

No Refund After Access Is Provided

Once access is granted, the purchase is final. Refunds are not provided for partial watching, mind changes, difficulty, or technical issues on the participant's side. Lifetime access does not create a refund entitlement.

5. Digital Products

All digital products (Presets, LUTs, Actions, Brushes, Templates, etc.) are strictly non-refundable once the purchase is completed or access is provided. Digital products can be copied or downloaded immediately, making returns impossible.

6. Incorrect Purchase of a Digital Product

Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility and requirements. Refunds are not issued for purchasing the wrong product, wrong software version, or changing your mind.

7. Duplicate Payments

Accidental duplicate payments may be verified and refunded, minus any applicable transaction charges.

8. Course Cancellation by Reenus Academy

If Reenus Academy cancels a course and cannot provide an alternative, a refund may be eligible. Alternatively, an alternative batch or recorded access may be offered.

9. Technical Problems on the Participant's Side

Reenus Academy is not responsible for issues with the participant's equipment, internet, or software. These do not qualify for a refund.

10. Non-Attendance & Missed Sessions

Failure to attend a scheduled live session for any reason does not qualify for a refund. Rescheduling is a courtesy, not a right.

11. Partial Attendance

Attending only part of a course or program does not make the participant eligible for a partial refund.

12. Recorded Access Provided as an Alternative

Providing recorded access as an alternative to live attendance does not make the participant eligible for a refund.

13. Transfer of Enrollment

Transfer requests must be submitted before the course begins and are subject to approval. Transfers are an alternative to cancellation.

14. Payment Gateway Charges

Approved refunds may be calculated after deducting non-recoverable payment gateway and processing fees.

15. Refund Processing Time

Initiated within 5–10 working days. Actual appearance in account depends on banks and payment providers.

16. Refund Request Procedure

Submit requests through official channels with name, email, product, date, and reason. Submission does not guarantee approval.

17. Fraudulent, Unauthorized, or Disputed Transactions

Contact us immediately for unauthorized transactions. False claims may result in appropriate action.

18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact us first. We provide transaction and delivery evidence (access records, downloads, etc.) to resolve disputes.

19. Promotional Offers, Discounts & Special Pricing

Promotional purchases remain subject to this policy unless otherwise stated.

20. Product Compatibility & Customer Responsibility

Customers must check software/hardware requirements before purchase. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.

21. Exceptions & Exceptional Circumstances

Reenus Academy may consider exceptional cases at its sole discretion. One exception does not create a precedent.
